Options as ISO_NSO means the grant is a mix of ISO and NSO options. ISO options are incentive stock options and have tax benefits. However, ISOs are limited to $100k in exercise in a calendar year and can only be given to US based employees. If employees exercise more than $100k in options, they are treated as NSO (non-incentive stock options).
