# Download an excel of the cap table

Cap Tables can be downloaded as of a specific date or for all time.

There are three methods on downloading the cap table export.

# Method 1 (easiest):

Go to **Dashboard** (under the left navigation bar) → in the middle of the page select the green button **Download Cap Table** → Select **Download**

# Method 2:

Select on the left navigation bar **Cap Table** → select **Download Cap Table**

# Method 3:

Select on the left navigation bar **Company** → **Reports** → select **Generate Report** on the first report showing **Detailed Cap Table**

# Downloading the Cap Table as of a specific date

Pulley allows you to export your cap table as of a particular date.

Select the "Download Cap Table" button from the dashboard.

Un-check the ***All Time*** button then type in your desired "End Date" and select ***Download***
