To learn more about e-signing certificates on Pulley click here.
If you had login to your Pulley portfolio as a Company Signatory for Share Certificates expecting to complete your share certificate signing tasks however you find that you are required to sign for share certificates with the same ID twice.
The reason for this is most likely because you are currently set up as both the Primary and Secondary signatory for share certificates, hence you are required to sign the share certificate the first time as the Primary signatory and then once more as the Secondary signatory. In order to change the signatories you can refer to the instructions in this article.
For context, in order for Share certificates to be valid it requires a Primary signatory and a Secondary signatory.
If you are still facing issues seeing duplicated signing tasks and you are not set up as both the primary and secondary signatory do reach out to us either via the chatbox or email us at support@pulley.com.
