Prior to activating your stakeholder portal with Pulley, we recommend emailing your stakeholders with an advanced notification that you company will be using Pulley on a go forward basis to track and manage their equity. We recommend sending this email 3-5 days before you activate the portal, which will trigger an automated activation email from Pulley.

Monitor your equity holdings in real time;
Access all relevant equity documentation;
Share your equity data with financial planners and tax advisors, facilitating more efficient financial, regulatory, and tax management;
