Recovery email addresses can be set up on your account to help regain access if you no longer have access to your primary email address.
To set up a Recovery Email Address:
You’ll need to be logged into your account to add a recovery email.
Select your name in the top right corner
Select User Profile
Edit Details
Enter a second email address you have access to in the Recovery Email Address field
Hit Submit
Steps to reset your password
Go to the Pulley login page
Enter your primary login email address (not the recovery email), then click Next
On the next screen, click Trouble logging in?
Select Reset Password
Check your inboxes. The reset link will be sent to both your primary email address AND your recovery email address
Open the email from either inbox and click Reset password
Create a new password and submit
Sign back in using your primary login email and your new password
After you log in
Once you’re back in your account, you can update your email address from your account settings if needed.
Didn’t receive the reset email?
Check your SPAM folder
Double check that you entered your Primary email address - not the recovery email address
