If you are not seeing any tasks even though you received an email letting you know you have securities to accept, it may be because you're using a different email.
When your company sends you a notification to accept a security, they send it to a specific email address. If you created an account using a different email address, your task to accept the security may not show up.
To remedy this, contact support@pulley.com to modify the linked email or create your account using the same email you received the link from.
Another reason you may not see any tasks is if you used the “Create an Account” button to sign up instead of going through our Sales team. This button is intended for stakeholders to securely access information that has already been shared with them. To open a new company account, you’ll need to connect with our Sales team to select a plan and begin the onboarding process.
