Yes, we allow your lawyers to use custom documents with Pulley.

We are the only platform that actually generates fully executed documents with the material terms included - think of this as a replacement for DocuSign. On Carta, you need to modify your grants to say "as referenced on Carta", but it does not actually generate the documents on issuance. We can walk you and your lawyers through this process during your onboarding.
