Typically, after your funds are debited from your account, it takes 5-7 business days for the funds to land into the company account. Once the transaction is completed, your shares will be issued automatically.

My funds have been debited days ago – what's the status of my exercise request?

While your payment has been processed by Plaid, it has not been paid out to the company yet. The end-to-end process is: your bank account → Stripe via Plaid → payout to the company.

The last step of "payout to the company" could take another ~7-10 days. Once that is completed, you'll receive your shares.

We want to get the 83(b) done as soon as possible but are blocked by the awaiting payment. What's the best way to proceed?

The 30 day timer for your 83(b) will not begin until after the awaiting payment goes through to the bank. We recommend simply waiting until the transfer of funds to your company has completed.
