You have already done the legal paperwork necessary to effect the repurchase.
You wish to reflect this repurchase in Pulley.
ℹ️ Tip: Why is the quantity of shares popping up as '0' when I want to record a repurchase?
The repurchase flow will only allow you to repurchase unvested shares. If you are repurchasing a fully vested security, please use this workaround:
Enter in a fake vesting schedule. Make the vesting start date today.
Process the repurchase.
Remove the fake vesting schedule.
Here are the steps on the Pulley repurchase flow below:
Select the security you wish to repurchase and select Actions → Repurchase. Select the box on the right (Record a Past Repurchase) and hit Continue.
Fill out the fields, then hit Next.
Review repurchase details → Hit Submit.
