Roles of Admins

Admins are individuals that have access to making edits, changes, or managing aspects of your cap table management or equity.

  • Your cofounders, if applicable;

  • Your lawyers, if applicable;

  • Anyone else who otherwise manages the cap table.

Administrative Access and Permissions

Pulley offers five levels of admin access:

  1. Read Only Access.

  2. Read/Write Access.

  3. Admin Access.

  4. HR Admin Access.

  5. Billing Admin Access

Note: In order to add admin's to a company cap table, you must also have Access Level: Admin Access.
