Roles of Admins
Admins are individuals that have access to making edits, changes, or managing aspects of your cap table management or equity.
Your cofounders, if applicable;
Your lawyers, if applicable;
Anyone else who otherwise manages the cap table.
Administrative Access and Permissions
Pulley offers five levels of admin access:
Read Only Access.
Read/Write Access.
Admin Access.
HR Admin Access.
Billing Admin Access

Note: In order to add admin's to a company cap table, you must also have Access Level: Admin Access.
