Toggle between Send Drafts for signing and Record drafts signed offline The drafts are separated between these 2 views for securities needing to e-sign and those that do not need signatures.

It is common to be currently viewing the wrong toggle menu in section 1 - once selected the other view you will see that your securities are still there and have not lost your data. (As shown in screenshot below)
