This article is relevant to you if:
You want to reflect a cancellation on Pulley.
To record a transfer of transfer that occurred outside of Pulley, go to the page of the securities to be transferred (For example, Cap Table > Shares > CS-6). Click the Actions dropdown, then click Cancel.
Fill in Cancellation Date and Cancellation Reason. Click Next.
Review the cancelation details. Once happy, select Cancel Security. The shares from the canceled security will return to the pool.
