Adding an Attachment to a Specific Security
There are a few ways to add an attachment to a specific security:
Direct Upload:
Click on the certificate ID of the security you want to add an attachment to.
Select the Upload File option.
Using the Actions Menu:
Click on the certificate ID of the security.
Go to Actions → Edit.
Click on Choose File and upload your attachment.
Add Multiple Files to Securities
You can add multiple files to securities by using the spreadsheet.
Navigate to Cap Table.
Click on Actions → Edit.
Scroll over to the right to the Attach Documents column, click on +Upload, and upload the files.
Repeat this process for other securities as needed.
Attach Documents When Recording A Grant
When recording a previously signed grant, you will be prompted to upload the grant agreement and any associated documents directly in the workflow.
Where do attachments go after they have been uploaded?
Attachments can be located in the Data Room by navigating to Company → Data Room.
The data room is a central hub for storing and accessing all your company’s equity-related documents. You can create folders and upload new documents to keep everything organized. To download all documents, simply click on Download All.
