How to Edit Stakeholder Tax Information

How to edit your stakeholder's tax information.

This article is relevant to you if:

  • You’ve already added stakeholders to the company profile

  • You want to edit stakeholder’s tax information.

Locating and editing stakeholder tax information can be edited either Individually or in bulk, see the directions for both options below:

  1. Individual editing:
    Go to Stakeholders in the left navigation under Essentials.

    1. Select the Stakeholder that you wish to update, go to Actions → Edit Stakeholder.

    2. Once on the ‘Edit stakeholder’ page, scroll down to find the fields for their tax information.

    3. After the edits are done remember to click Save Changes on the bottom of the form.

  2. Bulk editing:

    1. Go to Stakeholders in the left navigation under Essentials.

    2. Select Actions → Edit Stakeholders, this opens up the spreadsheet mode.

    3. Once on the Edit stakeholders page, scroll to the right to find the fields for their tax information.

    4. After the edits are done remember to click Save Stakeholders on the top right of the spreadsheet.
