If you had just recorded a security but are unable to see it reflected on the cap table, this is likely because they have just been drafted and are currently sitting on the Drafts section.

On the left navigation, hit 'Drafts'

If you had just recorded securities that were completed and signed off-Pulley but are still unable to view your records in the drafts, make sure you are selecting the option to view drafts for 'Record drafts signed offline'.

After switching to record existing contracts view, you should be able to see the securities that you have drafted.
