This article is relevant to you if you released an update to your stakeholder using the Pulley Communications Hub, and now need to add or remove recipients to it.

Adding recipients to a live update

First, you need to navigate to the Communications Hub tab, under 'Tools' in the left hand navigation:

From there you should click on the relevant update from the list to expand its details page. In the details page, there is a button to show the recipients list:

Finally, at the bottom of the recipients list is the button to add new recipients:

Removing recipients from the update

To remove a recipient, you will need to navigate to the Communications Hub tab, under 'Tools', and then click the relevant update to expand its details page.

You will then need to expand the full list of recipients by clicking Show the recipients list, and use the 3-dot icon on the "actions" column for the stakeholder of interest to Revoke their access:
