This article will be relevant if:
You are a company admin
Your company recently published an Update using Pulley's Communications Hub
You need to delete or remove visibility of that update
To interact with the update, the first step is to navigate to the Communications Hub, and select click on your update to expand the details page:
Once on the details page, you will see a three-dot icon on the top right of the form. When you click it, you will see the buttons to Unpublish and Delete the update.
Unpublishing an update removes access to it from all recipients, while deleting an update permanently removes it and makes it unable to be published again. In both cases, the update will no longer be accessible to recipients. However, a record of the update may still be visible to company admins in the future, depending on the specific platform or tool being used. It is important to carefully consider the implications of unpublishing or deleting an update before taking action.
