This article will be relevant if you:

  • Are a cap table admin

  • You have the token cap table enabled

  • You have previously set up a smart agreement address, and need to change or update it

Before you add a smart agreement address, you will need to enable the token cap table in Pulley. To do so, please send an email to, and our staff will help you.

Once the token cap table is enabled, on visiting the Token Transactions tab, you will be prompted to enter the smart agreement address for the first time through a link that will take you to the setup page.

Then, whenever you need to update it, you can access it by going into your Company tab, and scrolling down to the Ethereum Smart Contract section:
