In Pulley, "stakeholders" exist as separate items from their stock certificate, SAFEs, or any other holdings they have.

Each "Security", which is our umbrella term for any type of equity or convertible, must have one (and only one) stakeholder linked to it, while each stakeholder can be linked to multiple securities.

Some stakeholder information is visible from the security page, such as their name and email, but to edit any of the stakeholder fields, you need to go to the Stakeholders tab in the left hand nav bar:

From there, you can type the name of the stakeholder in the search bar:

By clicking on their name, you can expand their details page:

Then, you can select "Edit Stakeholder" using the Actions button to edit their details:

Once you're done with the edits, click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the form. That's it!

Note: If the stakeholder has already been invited to Pulley and set up an account, you will not be able to edit their email from the company page.

If the stakeholder cannot edit their own email, you can reach out to support@pulley.com for assistance.
