In the event where a Share needs to have its share class changed. For example an amendment to their share agreement to convert a share from Common to Preferred, here is how you can record the change on Pulley.

1. Under the left navigation > Company > Cap Table > select Shares tab

2. Hit Actions > Reclassify

3. Select the shares you wish to reclassify by ticking the checkbox > Continue

4. Choose the share class that it will be converted into and the effective date of the reclassification

5. Finally, review the details and confirm. Once done, the shares will have successfully be converted into a new share class:
