Repricing Options in Pulley: A Step-by-Step Guide

If you need to reprice options in the Pulley platform, you can easily do so by following these simple steps:

Once you're on the Live Cap Table page, select the Options tab. From there, select Actions and then choose Reprice Options.

On the Draft Repricings page, select Add Draft Repricings. This will allow you to start the process of repricing your options.

Now, you can select which options you want to reprice. Simply check the box on the left of the certificate ID of the options you wish to reprice and then select Next at the bottom right.

On the next page, you'll need to set the new exercise price and new issue date for each option grant. Once you've done that, select Next at the bottom right.

Before confirming, you'll be taken to the Review Changes page to double-check the information you've entered. Make sure everything is correct before selecting Finish.

Once you've confirmed your changes, you'll be redirected to the Draft Repricings page. At this point, your changes have not affected the Live Cap Table, and you can store them for future use if you so choose. (Return to step 1 to re-enter this tab)

When you're ready to make the changes, go back to the Draft Repricings page and select the check box for each option. Then, select Apply Repricings. This will apply the repricings to the Live Cap Table.

Repricing is now complete, and you can review the Live Cap Table to see the changes you've made.
