Go to "Certificates" in the navigation, then select "Terms" under the dropdown.
Click "Add New Terms".
Enter certificate language in 'Content'. Reference the certificate template fields table below and replace any text with the fields you'd like Pulley to automatically fill out.

Applying the Certificate:
Go to "Cap Table" > "Share Classes" > Select share class.
Scroll to "Certificated" and select the certificate terms you added.
