You and your colleagues are able to track modifications that were made on the sandbox in the "Recent Activity" log on the bottom right corner of the company dashboard while in the sandbox. This log will also allow you to replicate every action taken on the sandbox onto the live cap table if you are looking to reflect those modifications:

You can also see a more exhaustive list of changes within the "Recent Activity" log by clicking "See More":

This will then send you to a dedicated page for the "Recent Activity" log, which will show all modifications done on the platform in the sandbox environment:
