This article will be relevant if you:
Are a cap table admin with a token cap table
You are a stakeholder with tokens and the company enabled the change via the stakeholder portfolio
You have previously set up a wallet address, and need to change or update it
Via the company account as a cap table admin
1. Go to the Stakeholders page on the left navigation, search for the stakeholder for which you'd like to add or change the wallet address, and click on their name:
2. Click on Actions -> Edit Stakeholder on the stakeholder profile page:
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, paste the new wallet address, choose the correct network and mark it as primary, then click on Save Changes:
4. To change the wallet on an existing token grant, go to its page on the token cap table and click Actions -> Edit:
5. Scroll down to the "3. Vesting, Distributions & Lockups" section and click on the dropdown menu to select the new wallet address, then click on Update at the bottom of the page:
Allow Tokenholders to update wallet addresses
To allow tokenholders to update their wallet address, go to the Company page on the left navigation and toggle this setting on:
Via the stakeholder portfolio as a tokenholder
When you are granted a token security, you are invited by email to accept/sign it as shown below:
After accepting it, you can add your wallet address by clicking on the pen icon and following the sequence below:
To update the wallet address, click on the pen icon and repeat the sequence above:
