Step 1: Export reports
In your LTSE account, navigate to Reporting on the left-hand navigation bar.
Export reports, including:
Summary and detailed ownership by stakeholder reports
Open Cap Table Format
LTSE Equity format (this is the most important)
Exercise transaction report
83(b) elections report
Stakeholder contact sheet
No need to include:
Activity audit log
Document audit report
Step 2: Upload to Pulley
In your Pulley account, upload these reports to Cap Table (or directly to the Pulley Data Room).
Step 3: Download Documents
Follow steps 2 through 4 in the LTSE Offboarding Guide, downloading all documents in your account.
Upload these either to the document submission form in Pulley or directly to the Pulley Data Room.
