This guide is for company administrators who need to record RSU settlements that have already occurred but haven't been entered into Pulley yet. For processing new settlements in real-time, see Settle RSUs on Pulley.
Step 1: Record Common Shares
Before recording the RSU settlement, you need to record the common shares that the RSUs settled into and then you can proceed to settle (link) the RSUs with these common shares. See the instructions below for recording shares:
Important: When recording the common share:
Issue Date = Settlement Date
Shares Granted = Net RSUs Settled (after any withholding)
Stakeholder = RSU Stakeholder
Step 2: Record the RSU Settlement
Once the common shares are recorded, proceed to settle the RSUs to link them to the shares you just created as follows:
Select Cap Table on the left navigation
On this screen you can toggle between each security type. Select RSUs
Select Actions > Settle RSUs
4. Select Record Past Settlements
5. Record the settlement details in the table. Link the RSUs to the common shares recorded in Step 1 by selecting the common share in the final cell
Follow the settlement flow to complete the process. The RSUs will be linked to the common shares you recorded in Step 1.
Your past RSU settlement is now properly documented in Pulley with the RSUs linked to the resulting common shares.
