Form documents are the set of documents that your lawyer prepares for common situations like granting options or transferring shares.

Each form document will have blanks for information like your employee's name, the date, and the number of shares so that you can re-use the same document for every option grant.

A common set of form documents includes:

  • Option Grants for US employees with Early Exercise

  • Option Grants for US employees without Early Exercise

  • Option Grants for international employees with Early Exercise

  • Option Grants for international employees without Early Exercise

  • Notice of Exercise (if required)

  • Transfer Notice or Transfer Agreement

We recommend uploading your form documents to Pulley so that you can take advantage of issuing options directly on Pulley. Learn about the process here.
