This article is relevant to you if:
You wish to reflect an acceleration of vesting in Pulley; and
The security you want to accelerate vesting for already has a vesting schedule attached. Click here to learn how to insert a vesting schedule if there is not one applied yet.
Before terminating a stakeholder, you should accelerate the vesting FIRST. The sum of the current vested amount and the accelerated amount should not exceed the issued amount.
Accelerate Vesting
Go to Cap Table (left navigation) → then click on the certificate ID of the relevant security
In the top right, select Actions → Accelerate Vesting.
3. Fill in the form. 'Accelerated Quantity' should be the remaining quantity you want to accelerate on the Vesting Acceleration Date. Done!
