Why can't my employees see their Equity Value or the Scenario Modelling tool on their portfolio?

If you have enabled Employee Portals on the account but your employees are not able to view their equity value graph or the scenario modelling tool when they are logged into their portfolio account, there can be a number of reasons.

  1. Their stakeholder relationship type has not been set to Employee.


    To update this information you can refer to the instructions in this guide.

  2. The Equity Value Tracking tool or the Scenario Modelling tool were not toggled as visible to employees.

  3. Finally, admins need to manually input some form of data in the Share price information, Current company valuation and Milestones in order for the tool to display correctly on your employee's portfolio view.

Note:

  • Once the share price information and also the milestones are set up on the Employee Portal settings, there will be a preview that displays a mock up of what the employee will see. If there is insufficient information, the preview will highlight the missing information required. Example if a milestone was not specified:
