Migrating from Carta?
Stop here. You don't need to complete this process. Email onboarding@pulley.com with subject Carta Migration - [Your Company Name], and we'll work with you to directly import this information from your Carta reports.
Step 1: Upload your documents
Required documents
Regardless of the additional answers within the questionnaire, Pulley requires the following documents for every new customer:
Cap table spreadsheet: Your complete capitalization table in Excel format (XLS/XLSX).
Depending on your company’s incorporation status, you will either need to choose the template for a C-Corporation or an LLC.
Fill out the template with your equity data. The template has 9 sheets; you'll only complete the ones relevant to your company (mandatory fields are highlighted in red).
Need help with the cap table formatting? See the Uploading your cap table guide for detailed field-by-field guidance, including which sheets you need and how to handle complex scenarios.
Certificate of Incorporation: Upload your organization’s current Certificate of Incorporation including any historical amendments separately from your original Certificate of Incorporation upload.
