This article is relevant to you if:
You want to record SAFEs that have already been signed off Pulley.
You know how to read and input the terms of your SAFE into Pulley. If you don't, start here.

2. Select SAFEs
From here, you have 2 options for adding SAFEs:
Method 1 (recommended): Use the SAFE Scanner.
If you have SAFE agreement PDFs, you can upload your SAFEs on Pulley in seconds via our scanner.
Note: The scanner only works with PDF files, so make sure to convert your SAFE beforehand if it's in any other format.
Select Upload By: Scanner.
Upload the SAFE(s) you want to add to Pulley.
Press Scan SAFEs.
Check that the inputs from scanning are correct. You can change them on each screen as you look through the SAFEs.
Click on Save & Continue to add the SAFE to Drafts
Once reviewed, click Add to Cap Table in the bottom right corner
Method 2: Manually record the SAFEs using form or spreadsheet mode.
Or you can manually record your SAFEs in Pulley by following these steps:
Select Upload By: Form or Upload By: Spreadsheet If wanting to upload in bulk
Complete the relevant fields.

Click on Save & Continue to add the SAFE to Drafts
Once reviewed, click Add to Cap Table in the bottom right corner
