If you are being audited, auditors may ask for your cap table and related documentation, including stock certificates.

To download your cap table, select "Download Cap Table" from the Dashboard and select "Download".

To download documentation, select "Data" in the left navigation. We recommend uploading legal documents to Pulley so that documentation related to your cap table is easily accessible.

If your company has certificated shares, you may download stock certificates by selecting "Certificates" in the left navigation.

Select Download All Certificates or select Download for specific certificates.
